its amazing

I cannot find a website for coil over dampers that does not want me to enter car-model-year
what ever happened to those list of units with open closed lengths and spring poundage?
for my Melos I use off road in long distance trials I want a 11" open 8" closed 250 lb spring with eyes at both ends
yes I know I can order a AVO or something special for a sum
but out there now rusting on a dark shelf are a couple of coil over dampers just to those specs
trouble is even in the age of the web I cant find what they fitted so cant buy them...
unless of course you know different

Dampertech.
Understands kit car owners requirements and does a good price on coilovers. Better to phone but I bought a pair earlier this year for the legerra, adjustable ride height and adjustable damping @£180 ish delivered. (without springs)
I used spax once, failed in service after three years, deteriorated really fast on the car, never again.

If you look at europa and rally design and acquire their catalogue if the web site does not give the info you want they give fairly detailed listings of the shockers they sell with full dimentions.

Decided on getting some AVO units as they are just up the road (Northampton)
11" open 8" closed single steel body with adjustable damper £300 odd the pair
I went for some heavy rate springs 250lbs as I need as much height at the front as I can get, to miss those big rocks on the sections ,they wont get past my 10 Gage sump guard but it throws the plot about a bit and the noise is unbelivable.

But it is strange that nowhere on the web is a list of cars and damper sizes.
