well, its taking far longer than i hoped to fit the zetec, alot more issues than i thought (especially on my watertight budget) but i will try now to post a couple of pics to show how its going-

And if anyone else is thinking of doing same i would be happy to share my hard fought experience!!

the blurry ones are older, and the right hand of the pics has been cropped, let me know how to and ill sort it out, but i think u will get the idea guys ;)

Well done Neil.
Did you cut down and use the 2.0L sump ? If you have any pics, it would be good to see them, and to see the ground clearance.

hi, the well done might be early as it aint breathed life yet- i have cut the sump down, but know how to do if i have to. Im gonna see what its like with full sump and will leave it if its ok. I have fitted a baffle plate that sits in the sump to stop it slooshing about on hard accl and braking.

im compliling a little guide/description with pics on what ive done and should be on here by the weekend.
